Gatwick Airport Transfer will accept your request for the cancellation of the booking. The cancellation charges will apply only when the vehicle is sent to the pickup location for your journey. We do not apply additional charges if the vehicle is in the control room.

Additional charges will certainly apply when the driver reaches the pickup location and the customer requests the cancellation of the booking. Charges will be applied to compensate for the distance travelled and time spent by the driver. We emphasize timely cancellation of booking to avoid cancellation charges.

Advance booking is preferable. We encourage it only to prevent the occurrence of inconveniences and unwanted delays. It will be better to pre-book our minicab / Airport transfer service at least 24 hours prior to your travelling time. If you are unsure about your flight timings, you can conduct a call with our representative to discuss the issue. Moreover, if you require an 8-seater or over then you are supposed to inform us or place a reservation at least 72 hours before the journey time. This is because our minibuses and minivans are always in demand. It is safer to book our services in advance so that there are no hindrances due to passenger traffic.

As you reach the arrivals section, you will certainly find your driver, as you will recognise through the signboard being used for recognition. Also, the driver will contact you as soon as your flight lands. If you are unable to locate the driver, you can immediately call us on 02037400317. Each airport in the United Kingdom has a different location for meeting points. If you follow the instructions provided in the booking confirmation email, you will easily spot the driver. You can note down the following meeting points at the airports for your convenience. Luton Airport: Costa Coffee- If you want the driver to pick you up from the inside area of the airport (at Costa Coffee). It is situated on the left side of the baggage claim point when you pass through the arrivals. Gatwick Airport North: Costa Coffee- It is positioned right outside the domestic arrivals point towards the left side. If you are behind the exit point then you will take a round towards the right side. Costa Coffee will be on the opposite side of WHSmith. Gatwick Airport South: Costa Coffee (This point is opposite the international baggage point on the right side). London Stansted Airport: Costa Coffee- (It is situated on the left side of the Stansted Airport terminal. You can conveniently reach this point from the right end of the terminal where you conduct the process of international baggage claim. London Heathrow Airport( all five terminals): You will meet your driver at the arrivals.
